چکیده
Die gesundheitspolitische und gesellschaftspolitische Bedeutung der Neurorehabilitation wurde in der BRD früh erkannt, was flächendeckend zu – auch im internationalen Vergleich – besonders umfangreichen Neurorehabilitationsstrukturen führte. Dies geschah zunächst außerhalb des Krankenhausbehandlungssektors mit der Etablierung indikationsspezifischer Rehabilitationseinrichtungen, im Weiteren aber – u.a. im Zuge der Verbesserung der akuten Schlaganfallversorgung in Stroke Units – zunehmend auch in Frührehabilitationseinrichtungen mit AkutkrankenhausstaZusammenfassung !
